Q: I can't login, it tells me that my email is not registered?
A: The email address you're attempting to login with has not been registered with us yet. You'll need to create an account with us first using the account registration form on the login page.
Q: I can't login, it tells me I am using the wrong password?
A: If you're seeing this error it's because you are indeed using the wrong password. Simply enter your registered email address on the the forgot password page and we'll email you your login details.
Q: How do I enroll for an event or class?
A: Click on the event title from the main calendar page. Once the event detail page opens, you'll see the enroll button near the bottom if you're logged in. If you're not logged in or registered with us, you'll need to do that first.
Q: What is the cut-off time for event enrollment?
A: You may enroll in an event any day or time, right up until 30 minutes before the event it starts. For example: If an event is scheduled to start at 9:00am, we accept enrollments up to 8:30am.
Q: What is the cut-off time for event un-enrollment?
A: You may un-enroll from an event up to the time the event startsinutes before it starts. If you do not unenroll for an event, your attendance will be marked as absent.
Q: What if I can't make it -- how do I un-enroll from an event or class?
A: The process is the same as enrolling, except you'll click the button labeled "uneroll". If you're not logged in or registered with us, you'll need to do that first.
Q: Can I email or call in my enrollment/unenrollment request?
A: No, please only use the web site to enroll or unenroll from events. We've tried to make our CE calendar as easy and intuitive to use as possible, thank you for your cooperation!
Q: What happens if I miss an event I enrolled for?
A: If you miss three events you've enrolled for (without unenrolling) you won't be able to register your spot for future events. If you can't make it to an event, please take a few moments to visit the web site and unenroll.
Q: What is a scheduling conflict? Why can't I enroll in this class?!
A: You have already enrolled in another class for the same day, which ends after the class you're trying to enroll in starts. For example, you're enrolled in a class that starts at 8am and ends at 10am but you're trying to enroll in a class that starts at 9am on the same day. The only exception to this rule is if both classes are in the same location, and end/start at the same time (for example, ends at 10am and the next class starts at 10am)
